big flavor
what's not to like? sausage with mushroom & cognac? I'm in. tasted as good as they sounded. great for quick lunch or light dinner with a salad. Tres Bistro, mais oui!

Bad taste
Didn't like it. Won't buy it again. Had a bad taste and aftertaste.

Elegant but rustic
These were a very easy main course my husband and I served to our neighbors one evening. We also tried the Merguez sausages and gave each person one of each, but these were my favorites. Good flavor, I will order again.

Not to our taste
Because my husband and I have had many of Les Petits Cochons' pates, these sausages tasted too similar. So, if you've had Les PC pates beware.
