Surprisingly low cards for a diabetic!
I have diabetes and I control this by counting "carbohydrates." Now there is a nutritional statement on these products. The carbs for this cookie is: 6 carbs for 2 pieces! That is just sensational for me. The calories are 50 for 2 pieces, so not a bad snack. I am keeping these shortbread cookies on hand all the time. The taste is spectacular and the carbs are spectacular, so I feel spectacular when I eat them. This is my own opinion and my educator taught me to allow 45 - 60 carbs per meal and the small snack is extra. Very minimal! You will enjoy these so much! Feels like you're cheatin'.

Shortbread Petticoat Tails
These cookies were very good, and I'm not a big shortbread cookie lover. Highly recommend. very fresh.

Good Sugar Cookies.
These cookies were good. They were not too sweet, which I like. They tasted very buttery. Love that too. The only negative is that it comes in a whole round cookie, and you have to break it up into the triangles that you see them on the box. Not a big deal though.

Good Tails
A wonderfully simple yet elegant dessert or snack I put these out with our Christmas cookies and they were snapped up quickly.We also served them beside some nice peppermint Ice cream. That was a hit!

A dangerous cookie
Received as part of a promotion and a reminder why I stay away from them - If I get near a box or a plate of these I'll eat every last crumb in one sitting. There should be a 12-step program for shortbread!
