  • Original: A blend of three cheeses: aged Gruyere, Bravo Farms cheddar and Parmigiano Reggiano to make these savory cookies.
  • Blue and Walnut: This savory coin is made using the farmstead cheese from Point Reyes Blue. Tangy and creamy, its texture makes for a delicate coin classically paired with walnuts.
  • Cheddar and Pecan: This flavor is full of the great sharp cheddar cheese made by Bravo Farms in California. Further enhanced by the pecans, this is Rustic Bakery's version of the classic, southern favorite.
  • Parmesan Pesto: Rustic Bakery makes their own organic pesto to flavor this delicious cheese coin. A generous serving of Parmigiano Reggiano is included in each bite. A true pesto lovers delight!

Original Version: Just this side of tre bark, twigs and nuts. Made for Californians?
Not to my taste. Too dry, too salty, too 'precious' in their lack of uniformity. Dog wouln't eat them, neither would I.

I ordered the original and was excoted to try them when they arrived. I ate a few and was not impressed with the taste or texture and have not gone back to them in about 2 weeks.
