This infused oil is great as a bread dipper, or used as a marinade. Imported from Argentina, Patagonic Marinade is made with roasted garlic oil and herbs from the Patagonic region. Rosemary, basil, lavender, black pepper and garlic make up this exciting blend by La Cocina del Vino. This is also excellent as a chimmichurri-style marinade and spice rub for lamb, wild boar, venison, and trout.
