At my house, one can judge by how fast it is eaten. 2 sons in law practically fought over this cheese.

Smooth but short on flavor
Very smooth but short on flavor. I like cheese that has a distinct flavor. This is too bland for my taste

My 7 Year Old Couldn't Get Enough
For a mild cheddar it is surprisingly flavorful. My young son loved it. Even my wife, who rarely eats anything less than medium sharpness in a cheddar thought it was good.

Excellent cheddar
Table cheese.Great for any use.Very flavorful with a dry but smooth texture.I like it better cold which isn't how I normally like a table cheese.Very,very good

beatiful cheddar
this is not the sharpest cheddar in the world. i like those too. yet the cheddar flavor here is very pronounced, so i wouldn't really call it mild either. perfect for anything you want a good cheddar for--cheese and crackers, grilled cheese sandwiches, mac and cheese, tacos, cheese and fruit (really, it's excellent with apples and pears). a lovely cheddar that transcends its pretense of simplicity.

Mild flavor cheese
This cheese was too bland for me, but I love stinky cheeses. My 2 year old grandson loves it though.
