A Cheddar cheese for goat milk cheese lovers, this bandage-wrapped specialty is aged for over 12 months. Formulated by a master cheesemaker to have a firm body with a pleasant aged goat milk flavor, it took 2nd Place at the 2011 ACS awards and first place in 2016.
