Here we offer an assortment that showcases the depth of British foods. This lovely sampler, which would make any Brit homesick, includes:
  • Royal Blue Stilton: The King of blue cheeses, this crumbly, pungent cheese is a timeless classic when served with walnuts and figs. Aged for 8 weeks, this is the English blue. (7.5 oz)
  • Cheshire: Ripened for just 2 months, Cheshire is an immensely popular cow's milk cheese and widely imitated. Dense, crumbly and slightly tangy. (7.5 oz)
  • Red Dragon: A creamy Welsh cheddar spiked with dark ale and wholegrain mustard seeds. (7.5 oz)
  • Collier's Welsh Cheddar: This sharp cheddar is carefully matured and monitored until it is 12 months old. Sharper and flakier than lesser examples. (7.5 oz)
  • Elegant and English Biscuits: These biscuits represent a new breed of refined English cookies to enjoy. Its recipe harkens back to 1935, and the quality of the biscuit shows that time did perfect it.(5.36 oz)
  • Clotted Cream: With a butterfat content of 55%, Clotted Cream has a supple, buttery flavor that is not overpowered by the flavor of the jam. (6 oz)
  • Fruit Jam by Duerrs: A fine example of a traditional English fruit preserve. (16 oz)
  • Carr's English Water Crackers: These wafer thin crackers were "engineered" to be the perfect partners for cheese. (2.2 oz)
  • Tea by Mark T Wendell: What would an British assortment be without tea? Serve it alongside breakfast pastries topped with the included clotted cream and jam. (20 tea bags)

Excellent Christmas Gift
We were visiting ex-pat British friends in Texas over Christmas and thought this would be a good gift as it is not easy for them to buy good English cheese where they live. Our friends received prior email notification of the delivery, which arrived in perfect condition as arranged and on time for Christmas. The cheese and other produce was very good quality and a great success. Thank you.

Wonderful Christmas Gift
Got this for a family member who has everything and loves food, but is not a cheese connoisseur. He and his wife loved it and it was not something they would have (or could have) put together for themselves. Thanks for a great gift.

English Cheeses from someone in the UK
Sent this package to my sister in Harbor Springs. She was delighted with the goodies. I think I will add Marmite next time but saw it as I was closing the purchase. Would probably include more cheddars next time as only the English really know how to make these.

A Little Bit of Britian
I sent the basket, so I did not get to taste. It did arrive on time as promised and the receiver indicated he enjoyed it.

Mom was pleased
Although not packaged as a gift, the presentation of standard packaging was more than enough to make a special gift for my Mom. She was tickled with the assortment of cheeses and the variety of other goodies included. And it arrived on the exact date that I requested!
