Pale pink in color, this caviar spread is a terrific savory treat that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, such as with sliced vegetables or on a dense, dark bread. Our Taramosalata is made exclusively from roe cured naturally and aged a minimum of 12 months. It is then carefully blended with soy oil and lemon juice to create this all-natural delicacy.
