- Almond Raisin: Especially good with goat cheeses, aged cheddars and blues but can be paired with almost any cheese.
- Hazelnut Fig: They are especially good paired with salty blue cheeses and soft sheep's milk cheeses.
- Pumpkin Seed with Rye: Especially good with Gruyere, stinky washed rind cheeses or bloomy rind cheeses like Camembert.
