Situated in the heart of the maritime Scottish lowland village of Annan - St James smokehouse is ideally located to procure the finest and freshest quality salmon from the nearby clear, fast flowing waters of Western Scotland. The salmon is transported to the St. James smokehouse within hours of harvesting from the rugged seas of the Western Coast of Scotland. Each filet is hand-rubbed with a cure of natural sea salt and demerara brown sugar. No artificial additives or flavors are ever added.
