Founded in 1822, L'Olivier's quaint shop in the old Marais quarter of Paris is still serving Parisians. This is a distinctly sweet, fragrant oil in the Provencal style. Different from Italian extra virgin olive oil, L'Oliver Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a fruity but mild olive flavor. As France's most respected oil specialist, L'Olivier consistently produces versatile oils with low acidity. For attractive shelf-presence, we offer this oil in a rustic, half-liter, stoneware crock, which also helps preserve the oil's freshness.

This full-flavored artisan oil is prepared in limited quantities from the highest groves (1,550 ft. above sea level) on the Albereto estate in Tuscany. Podere Albereto boundary encompasses the unspoiled forest surrounding Badia a Coltibuono. Albereto's organic EVOO is harvested from frantoio, leccino, & pendolino olives, which are immediately pressed - yielding a vibrant green oil with a distinct peppery piquancy. Use as a dip for your favorite breads, or drizzle it in soups, pasta, and beans.- Finalist “Best Oil” 1996 Summer Fancy Food Show.

This astounding organically produced extra virgin unfiltered olive oil hails from Tuscany. Rich in early harvested frantoio olives, Campo Corto is bold in character with an intense grassy aroma with a hint of artichoke and aromatic herbs and a peppery finish that is truly incredible on the taste buds. The olives are grown in the Chianti hills of Badia a Coltibuono's medieval home, handpicked and processed the same day they are harvested. Enjoy his robust, rustic extra virgin olive oil on roasted meats, pork and hearty sausage, salami, prosciutto and fettunta or make a bruschetta of freshly oiled grilled country bread. Campo Corto is Coltibuono's oil “con brio” - with Tuscan backbone. |

The Alentejo region of Portugal has many valleys filled with olive trees. While Portugal is mainly known to tourists for its beautiful beaches and quaint towns, this Mediterranean country also sustains many small scale olive groves. Da Morgada Extra Virgin is the pride of the Alentejo region. For four generations, Da Morgada has been producing the highest quality 100% natural cold pressed olive oil. The unique fragrance and fruity taste of this olive oil, produced from fresh, hand-selected Galega and Verdeal olives, together with its high level of monounsaturated fatty acids, make this a very special product. Enjoy it drizzled on your favorite Portuguese cheeses paired with dried fruit and roasted almonds. |

Produced in Spain, this knockout olive oil is the first cold pressing of Arabica coffee beans from Guatemala and Arbequina Olives from Catalonia. Bottled carefully by Lérida, this Extra Virgin Coffee & Olive Oil has no additional additives, flavoring, or colors, just the pure oil of olives and coffee. The aroma is of freshly ground coffee, walnuts, almonds, and spices—like a good espresso.
Use with raw tuna, salmon, or veal carpaccio. Or marinate duck breasts overnight in a coating of coffee oil, then grill and baste with more oil for heightened flavor. It is also lovely on avocado, salads with goat cheese, endives with nuts, or desserts in general. Try topping chocolate or espresso ice cream with coffee oil, toasted hazelnuts, and chunks of white chocolate.

The cultivation of olive trees in the Salento district goes back to the 7th century. In the reign of Emperor Augustus, the cultivation of olive trees was the primary job of the people of Salento. In this pleasant place called Lizzanello, the Calogiuri family dedicated themselves to olives and oil for generations (since 1825). Gianni Calogiuri, is the latest generation of the Calogiuri family. Respectful of family traditions, in the month of November, their crusher cold crushes the olives with care and extracts the oil with the method of "Affiorato" (surfacing). We carry six infused extra virgin olive oils from Gianni Calogiuri:
- Lemon: This oil is excellent to season green salads and fish.
- Rosemary: This oil is suitable to aromatize roasted meats and boiled meats.
- Garlic: This oil is great for seasoning bruschetta, fish, and shellfish.
- Chili: This oil gives flavor to sauces, seasons meat, pasta, or try drizzled on cheese.

This oil is a real taste of Greece, with a smooth and fruity taste. It is 100% Greek and pressed exclusively from Kalamata olives. |

In Italy, Carli Olive Oil has always only been sold direct from the factory to the consumer. A fleet of over 100 trucks assures prompt direct delivery to more than 700,000 families, over 120,000, of which have been loyal customers for two or more generations. Why are Italians so religious about their Olio Carli? For one, no oil from pomace or any source other than fresh ripe olives is ever used in the production of Carli Olive Oil. Secondly, although the strictest legislation allows a maximum acidity of 1% in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the maximum acidity allowed by Carli in its olive oil is 0.3%. Olio Carli has been honored frequently at national and international expositions. Embossed on the label of these fine oils, you can read the following distinctions:
