Edel de Cleron
Edel de Cleron is a virtual copy of a famous cheese from the Jura Mountains called Vacherin du Haut-Doubs (another name for Vacherin Mont d'Or). The only difference is that Edel de Cleron is pasteurized, making it legal for export to the United States. Each wheel is banded with a strip of bark, giving the cheese a woodsy character and artisan appearance. Slightly aged, just enough to develop an oozy, runny interior, Edel de Cleron is a masterful little gem that is at home at any cheese party. - Made from pasteurized cow's milk.
- Photo depicts whole 10 ounce form of cheese.
- Best enjoyed within seven days of delivery.
