Chocolate Bars by Il Cioccolato di BruCo
Imported from Marche, Italy, each of these unique chocolate bars represents a union of innovation and tradition. Each bar includes the best South American cocoa preserves and traditional flavors. The outside covering is made up of a blend of Trinitario and National Cocoas, enriched with natural vanilla and bourbon flavoring. This range represents a union of innovation and tradition. Each wrapper contains two 17.5 gr bars, in which the best South American cocoa preserves the best of the Mexican culinary traditions. Mahogany in color, with an almost porcelain-like appearance, the bars break cleanly. The outside covering is made up of a blend of Trinitario and National cocoas. Inside, the dark chocolate is substituted by a pleasant chili pepper based ganache filling in the Ancho bar, or by almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts and sesame seeds in the Mole bar, and by excellent tequila reposada in the Tequila chocolate bar.

The Chocolate of BruCo is prepared by faithfully following the original recipe of the period so as to fully preserve the pleasure of its authentic and original flavor. After a long series of tests, it is now an exquisite product, perfected down to the finest possible detail, ranging from the choice of the finest raw materials, to the wrapping and packaging. All the bars, pralines and preparations are made using rare cacao varieties from South America. Precious Criollo, with its incredible range of taste sensations and a fragrant persistence which may linger for up to forty minutes. Rare Trinitario, soft and refined with its involving sensory nuances. National or Amelonado Arriba, the only aromatic Forastero. The workmanship is perfect. The bar has a silky sheen, and the secondary aromas range from wood to spices and nuts. In the mouth it is smooth, with normal astringency, low acidity, good roundness and is quick melting.
