Jarlsberg (R) Lite Cheese
Jarlsberg Lite Cheese is a rindless, low-fat version of Norway's famous baby swiss. This Lite variety introduced in the late 1980s and continues to thrive today. Jarlsberg Lite Cheese has the same, characteristically large, round holes of the original. It is pliable and can be cut with a cheese slicer with a taste that is rich, slightly sweet, and nutty. This cheese is ideal for cheese boards and in salads. Choose original Jalsberg Cheese for cooking as the Lite variety does not melt very well.
Made from pasteurized cow's milk.
