Camembert le Rustique
In 1974, Jean Verrier, was asked to produce a Camembert that was a little out of the ordinary in Normandy, France. Drawing on past experience and longstanding Normandy traditions, Verrier succeeded in developing the celebrated cheese. Today, it is one of France's favorite Camemberts. Camembert Le Rustique unveils a pleasant, tangy fragrance, a creamy, supple texture and a subtle but distinctive authentic flavor that is a sheer delight to the senses.
Made from pasteurized cow's milk.
