Since 1955, Mainland Cheese has been creating the finest New Zealand cheddars. Based in Dunedin, in New Zealand’s Deep South, their cheese is a natural product of their pristine environment. Their free range cows feast upon endless grazing pastures of lush sweet green grass year round. It is also worth noting that these animals have been raised without the use of animal growth hormones.
Every Mainland product has a secret ingredient – time. The cool temperate climate is ideal for the slow natural aging of their cheddars, thus giving Mainland its unique and distinctive flavor.
