Goteborg Sausage by Wikstrom's
This long, lightly smoked, medium spiced pork and beef summer sausage will delight your taste buds. Wikstrom's has been selling this item since 1962 to customers who journey to their Chicago store from all over the country. Great at Christmas time and year round, it is wonderful on Scandinavian open face sandwiches. We recommend it on your favorite bread with a slice of Havarti cheese. For an easy appetizer, slice it thin, roll it up and pop in a toothpick.
