Raised for Rastelli by eco-friendly fisheries in pens with free flowing water in its natural environment, Pangasius (Swai) is native to Southeast Asia. This fresh-water fish is farm-raised in open, fast flowing rivers. Brought into the processing facility live, Rastelli's Pangasius is deboned, skinned and filleted for clean taste, with the fat line removed. Great for fish and chips, stuffed or baked, make this up-and-coming fish into a culinary experience for a family dinner.
This pack contains SIX 7 OUNCE boneless, skinless fillets.

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Defrost under refrigeration until fully thawed. Oven Baked: Preheat oven to 350*F. Lightly oil or use clarified butter to coat fillets. Season fillets as desired. Place Pangasius fillets on nonstick sheet pan. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat feels firm to the touch. Pan Saute': Preheat medium size saute' pan to medium high heat. Season Pangasius fillet as desired. Add 1 tablespoon oil to pan. When hot add Pangasius fillet and saute' for 3-4 minutes. Turn over and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until meat feels firm to the touch.
