Finnska Licorice Bites
Licorice has been around for a long
time, great quantities were found
with the fabulous treasures of King
Tut. Dating back as far as 5000
years the Chinese maintained that
eating the licorice root would give
them strength and endurance.
Finnska licorice uses authentic licorice root extract to get its wonderful licorice flavor and soft texture. The
ingredients are cooked for several hours and the greenish-colored licorice is then extruded, heated and cooled several times before it is cut and packaged. This
heating and cooling process causes the licorice to turn to its black, outer color. Its texture and flavor will take you back to yesteryear.
