Wild Boar Pate by Les Trois Petits Cochons
This exciting coarse pate from Les Trois Petits Cochons is made from wild boar (feral swine), pork and chicken liver, garnished with chestnuts and raisins and topped with Aspic. We can't think of a better combination to set out when enjoying the finer things in life. We recommend it before the meal with a glass of Pinor Noir and some fresh fruit. These Pates have a shorter shelf life and are best consumed within the week.
