Fabbri Baba in Rhum
Baba is a deliciously decadent alcohol-laced treat by Fabbri of Italy. Babas are tiny, traditional sponge cakes made from wheat flour, butter, eggs, sugar, honey and salt. These are then soaked in a rum enhanced syrup for that treasured flavor. Fabbri have been around since 1905 and it's easy to see why, with quality products such as this. Try serving with whipped cream and fruit or, if no-one is watching, whip one straight from the jar.
