In the region of Skoura, over 400,000 olive trees are cultivated using the traditional methods of their ancestors and without the use of artificial chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers. They carefully select and harvest the olives at the perfect point of ripeness, which ensures a distinct taste, intricately subtle aroma, and captivating finish.
This organic extra virgin olive oil is not filtered, so it contains more nutrients and anti-oxidants. The oil is decanted in dark green bottles to minimize light transmission so that the premium quality is protected.
