Figs are picked the first ten days of August up until the end of September. The figs are exposed in the sun for 4-5 days until they are fully dried. Due to the delicate nature of these figs, they are packed by hand to maintain their unique character. All of this work is done by the producers-members association (founded in 1980), which consists of about 800 members from 22 communities in the area of Kimi in Evia. Contains Sulfites.
