Unlike other classic Goudas, Vermeer contains less fat and less salt making it a delightful topping to any salad and a cheese board essential. In Holland, this cheese is called Cantenaar, and is so delicious, you'll never know you're eating a reduced fat and sodium cheeses! By carefully aging Vermeer, this cheese slowly develops a full flavor without using salt and fat.
