Roland Smoked Eel Fillets are packed in soybean oil and are imported from Thailand. Each 3.66 oz. tin contains approximately four fillets, each 3 12"long, 3/4" wide and 1/2" thick. Considered a delicacy, these ivory white fillets have a rich, smoky flavor. Smoked Eel Fillets are precooked and ready to serve. This exotic item can be eaten as is, or can be added to soups or stews.
