Schardinger Bio Bergfex is an authentic Austrian mountain cheese, made from the best Styrian organic milk. Their master cheesemakers in Voitsberg, Styria make sure that only the best possible ingredients make their way into our cheese. This washed rind cheese ripens over a period of four to six months, giving it its aromatic and tangy to piquant flavor. It has a smooth texture with the occasional round eye and a characteristic ivory-like color. Organic Bergfex unites a tangy and powerful flavor with a smooth, soft-melting texture.
