Trout in Escabeche
: Cole's mouth-watering boneless rainbow trout is packed in a traditional Portuguese
sauce designed to marinate and preserve the fish in a special blend of succulent herbs and traditional flavors.
Apple Wood Smoked Trout
: Cole's farm-raised rainbow trout is de-boned, then carefully smoked using aromatic apple wood and then packed in tins using high-quality olive oil to for freshness and delicate taste enhancement.
