, after the Mennonite communities from Manitoba and Saskatchewan that settled in northern Mexico during the 1920's. Its distinctive pale yellow color, semi-soft texture, and incomparably mild, buttery taste make it the number one Mexican-style melting cheese. Try it on all types of pizza, lasagna or casserole dishes, and certainly your queso fundidos, nachos, quesadillas, and enchiladas deserve no less than Supremo Chihuahua cheese.
