Mouton is a Dutch cheese made from sheep's milk in the Gouda style. It is similar to
, but much younger. We love this cheese for its creamy, buttery taste and smooth sheep's milk flavor. Mouton is a cheese of great character, pairing well with crisp apples, pears, and juicy grapes. It also melts well over roasted vegetables, jacket potatoes, and chicken.
