Smoked Rainbow Trout in Olive Oil
Roland Smoked Sliced Trout consists of three to four thinly sliced pieces of rainbow trout. As is customary with trout, the pieces are a pale white to pink, with no bones, and the skin left on one side to hold in more flavor. Can be used straight from the tin; the trout is best served chilled or at room temperature. The smoked sliced trout and pure olive oil are both product of Portugal.
