All of Eberly's young organic turkeys are raised free-range on small sustainable farms in the Amish country of central Pennsylvania. Eberly Poultry takes extra care in raising the birds in enhanced barns with the ability to free range in a natural environment, maintaining farm to table traceability for all of their products. Consistent with all of Eberly's organic poultry, they are fed an all-vegetarian diet of only organic grains, with vitamins and minerals and no by-products in the feed. Processing is done humanely and by hand, with no artificial ingredients, preservatives, solutions or injections - ensuring the great flavor you have come to expect with the Eberly name.
