I’m not sure where to begin. What are some of your best sellers that other retailers have had success with in the past?
Beemster Classic Extra Aged Gouda, Boschetto al Tartufo, Grana Padano, Brie, White Stilton with Fruit, Port Salut, Wild Garlic Gouda, Red Dragon, Gruyere de Comte, Parmigiano Reggiano, Mountain Gorgonzola, Camembert, and Blue Stilton have all been proven sellers at retail stores and wine tastings.
When will I receive my order?
Orders received before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Wednesday will be delivered the same week. Overnight shipping can be accommodated if specified on your order and received before 2:00 PM.
Where can my customers find out the nutritional information of a cheese?
All of our cut cheeses have the cheese’s name, country of origin, ingredients, and standard nutritional information bar printed on a sticker attached to the cheese.
Do you ship to Canada/Mexico/Europe/Asia?
Unfortunately we are not able to ship outside the US and its territories at this time due to custom issues. We can ship anywhere in the US and its territories, including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.
Will my perishables survive transit?
We vacuum seal our cheeses, then pack them with freezer packs to keep them cold inside a sealed Styrofoam container. During the summer, we double up the freeze packs with dry ice to keep the cheeses fresh.
Can you deliver my package on Monday?
No, we don’t schedule deliveries on Mondays, as the perishables would have to sit in an unrefrigerated warehouse over the weekend.
How is the cheese packaged?
As soon as a cheese is cut, it begins to form a new rind. We vacuum seal our cheeses within 5 minutes of being cut to prevent the cheese from forming this rind, drying out, and losing precious flavor.
What cheeses are not cut at your facility?
Any cheese that are too soft or runny to be cut and still maintain the integrity of the cheese, such as Brie, Camembert, Affidelice, Epoisses, most triple creams, and small (less that 2 pounds) wheels including Magnasco Edam, Celtic Promise, Mull of Kintyre, and Dorset Drum, to name a few.
Do retail promotions or sale prices apply to my wholesale order?
No they do not. We do however offer promotions exclusively for wholesale customers.
Are all of the items on your website available for wholesale?
No. Only items that are inventoried at our West Pittston, Pennsylvania warehouse location are available for wholesale pricing.
