1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon truffle oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon crema al tartufo
1. In a small saute pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil and truffle oil.
2. When hot, gently slide the eggs into the pan to fry. Cook for two minutes or until solid and browned on the bottom. Flip the eggs and cook for one minute more.
3. Season with salt and pepper and top with a teaspoon of crema al tartufo and serve immediately.
