3 tablespoon olive oil 1 clove garlic100 g smoked bacon cut into small pieces3 red tomatoes cut into small piecesred chilli (a sufficient quantity)salt (a sufficient quantity)1 kg green cauliflower500 g Orecchiette50 g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Brown the garlic and the bacon in the oil. Add tomatoes and red chilli. Cook it for 5 - 6 minutes and salt it. Cut the cauliflower into pieces and boil it in the same water as the pasta. Drain pasta and return to pan. Pour on the sauce and mix well. Add Parmesan cheese and mix again.
