Recipes Forum - Swordfish Carpaccio in Salsa Caterina
Ingredients for 4 people:
300g sword fish in thin slices
some fresh leaves of rocket(rucola)
salsa caterina dressing
Preparation:wash the rocket, dry it and place it on a serving dish. Lay the sword fish in slices on top.
Dress the fish with some teablespoons of salsa caterina. Serve it immediately.
