Yakami Orchard Japanese Ponzu
1 8 oz cut of flank steak
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Aged soy sauce
Grated fresh ginger (optional)
Marinate steak in Yakami Orchard Japanese Ponzu, with some extra virgin olive oil added.
Sauté over high heat.
Remove steak and set aside.
Deglaze the pan and pour sauce over the steak.
NOTE: Wasabi, grated fresh ginger, and/or aged soy sauce may be added to any of the above, according to taste
