1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ground cloves, 15 fresh figs (halved lengthwise), 30 walnut halves, 1 box Savannah Bee Company Honeycomb, 7 oz feta cheese
Preheat broiler on high. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and ground cloves in a bowl. Place figs, cut-side up , on a baking tray. Place a walnut half on each fig and sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Cook the figs under the preheated broiler, as close to the heat source as possible, for 5-6 minutes or until the sugar caramelizes. Serve grilled figs on a platter with fresh honeycomb and feta.
