4 ripe but firm pears, (bartlett or bosc)
2 Tbsp honey
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
4 cups Greek yogurt, vanilla flavored
2 cups Cinnamon granola
½ cup Dalmatia Quince Spread
4 parfait glasses
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking tray with foil. Cut pears in half and place on tray, cut side up. Brush each pear with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and cloves. Bake 15 minutes or until pears become soft and caramelized. Allow to cool.
To assemble the parfait, dice cooled pears. In a glass layer greek yogurt, gr roasted pears, Dalmatia Quince Spread, granola, and raisins. Repeat once more ending with granola on top.
