This 1 Leaf has a higher viscosity than your average supermarket Balsamic, and it is suggested both for salads and for BBQs and marinating. Acetum specializes in manufacturing quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The company is based in Cavezzo, in the historical building of the Motta Cellars. Established in 1906, the cellars were totally restructured to host the vinegar production. The aging areas, fully rebuilt with barrels and casks of different sizes and types of wood, are at the top of the capacity in the industry.
