Mikkeller NYC was founded in 2006 by then high school teacher and homebrewer Mikkel Borg Bjergsø. As a gypsy brewer, Mikkel traveled the world experimenting with hops, malt, and yeast while challenging the status quo of craft beer. Mikkeller NYC opened in March of 2019 at Citi Field at Mikkeller’s first east coast brewery and taproom. MKNYC, like the larger Mikkeller family focuses on innovation, quality, and experimentation.

How We Ship
Perishable foods are optimally packed and temperature controlled with kraft void fill and non-toxic refrigerant gel packs. To further contain temperature escalation, we fill any empty space with specialized foam to minimize air circulation.
Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by reusing the gel packs to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.
