Toschi was established in 1945 in Modena, Italy when Giancarlo and Lanfranco Toschi first dipped the famous Vignola cherries into alcohol as a way to preserve them for year round enjoyment. Today, the Toschi company continues to preserve cherries and other fruits in syrup. They are also famous for bottled fruit syrups, dessert toppings, Balsamic vinegar products, and liqueurs.
