Merguez Lamb is a traditional recipe from North Africa. The Bedouins and other Muslim populations of North Africa consider Merguez Lamb to be one of their indispensable foods. As the Islamic religion prohibits eating pork, meats like lamb, mutton, camel and goat take on added importance in this region of the world.
Raw sausages ship frozen. Requires overnight shipping. Keep frozen until ready to cook and serve.
