This authentic French walnut oil is produced through traditional stone grinding at the Huilerie de Lapalisse. Founded in 1898, Huilerie de Lapalisse has preserved its know-how throughout the years, ensuring the excellence of its oils for over 118 years. Naturally rich in omega 3, 6, and 9, this 100% walnut oil is beneficial to brain function and the cardiovascular system. Use it in salad dressings as a flavorful alternative to olive oil. It is also great as a condiment drizzled over cold or hot dishes, including vegetables, meats, poultry and seafood.
