Jambon de Paris, a decadent creation by Les Trois Petits Cochons, is made according to the traditional French charcuterie recipe for cooked ham. Les Trois Petit Cochon's French Style Ham is made with Amish pork, delicately spiced, slowly cooked in its own juice, and wrapped in its skin. High in flavor, but low in salt, you will be charmed! Enjoy as part of a Ham and Swiss sandwich, hot or cold, with Dijon mustard. It also makes a great hors d'oeuvre component.
  • Store this product in the refrigerator. When kept in the refrigerator unopened, this special ham has an approximate shelf life of five months.

Disappointed and upset
It's really hard to find low-sodium ham. I never tried this one, but believed other people written reviews.Very disappointed, I got really dry and salty ham. My guests left almost all on their plates, I was upset. Unpleasant surprise ....

Jambon de Paris
Made in USA but obviously made by French "charcutier" or at least according french tradition.First time since 5 year in USA , I retrieve the Natural taste of the French Ham, which is the best of the world (cocorico). I asked my butcher to slice it, and got about 80 slices. Believe it or not, even better, after freezing, less dry and the taste and smell of an average good to very good French Ham. I retrieve the natural pleasur of a "jambon beurre" in a French baguette. Get it in fresch container in 48H. I will order again and I recommend it to all and especially for French Expat. who are tired with Honey glazed, apple wood smoked and other US Ham.

The most amazing ham you will ever have!
This is the best ham you will ever have. It tastes just like the ham one will have in Paris/France. It is delicious! I even like to eat the skin :) - it is low in salt, that's for sure (which I like, a lot!) I cut it in small cubes and froze it. I use it for omelets and sandwiches - it is just great! Buy it, you won't be disappointed!

Authentic Ham
A very good ham and almost identical to the ones purchased in France. The only strange part is the logo on the skin. Feels like plastic but does not peel off.

Very good Ham!
When you are used to European Ham's, it's hard to find a good tasting ham in California. This one though does the trick. Very good!

I would buy this product again and again
This may be the best tasting ham I have ever eaten. I had bought some in a deli in California and came home to Chicago determined to find it here. I was nervous about buying such a large ham but my husband and I ate almost half within a week and froze the rest. I would recommend this to anyone who likes mild but flavorful ham that isn't overly salty.

Delicate flavor, low salt, huge
This is a delicate ham for people who have reservations about ham. I like that it is low in salt because you can really eat a good serving without being overwhelmed with saltiness. I had slices of this in Paris with two sunny-side-up eggs in top; that's easy to reproduce and it's delicious. I also like a thick slice of this with high-quality tomato sauce (Scarpetti Tuscan Vodka Tomato Sauce) -- a quick, easy, and delicious dinner. This ham is not at all smoky. Before you buy this, have a plan in place to use all of it. This ham is huge and because it is low in salt, it spoils much faster than any other ham I've purchased. Delicious, but I'll go back to the Panonia ham which is more flavorful, smoky, and a more manageable size.
