Les Trois Petits Cochons started in 1975 as a small charcuterie in the heart of New York's Greenwich Village, where founders Alain Sinturel and Jean Pierre Pradié cooked and offered pâtés and other French specialties to the neighborhood gourmets. They soon received rave reviews by such notables as Craig Clairborne, Mimi Sheraton, James Beard, and others. Once word got out, they began making pâtés for other restaurants around Manhattan. Mushroom Lovers' Sausage
Love this full-flavored sausage with the hint of porcini mushrooms mixed in. This sausage goes well with sharp cheeses, fresh vegetables, your favorite cracker or as a stand-alone snack. I honestly love the full flavor of this porcini-infused sausage. I eat a lot of sausage and salami and this is always my.favorite.

Good Saucisson Sec
Mild , meaty flavor and not hard like some salami . Has a mild porcini taste and not salty or greasy tasting. I would like a little more black and red pepper in this Saucisson Sec . I would recommend this salami .

Best Sausage I Ever Tasted
Before, I ordered this sausage and wished I had more. This time I ordered several. Looks like I'll soon be ordering more. The hint of Porcini mushroom in this sausage makes it great for impressing friends or just enjoying a snack. I just love the flavor of meat and mushroom with the light seasoning.

Absolute Sausage Treat
This porcini mushroom sausage was what I most anticipated in my order. Oh my, what a fabulous flavor! I am a BIG fan of porcini mushrooms and also of sausages. The flavors here are unmistakeably hand-made and true to the name. For the holidays, I don't seem to be sharing much!
