great holiday addition!!!
I kind of reserve eating meats for the holidays...one of the problems with that approach is most meats do not taste as good my memory. This , on the other hand, does. It is a great tasting ham...

Wonderful flavor
Delicious ham and just right amount of spice. Slice it paper thin like prociutto with a slicer. Had to send a hunk of it home with a guest at a dinner party who loved it.

This has very nice flavor, but a little too much fat for my tastes. I would estimate that the fat was over 1/3 of the total. Did not look anything like the picture in the online catalog.
