Ponti Glaze is a thick, rich blend of fine Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP and cooked grape must. Full-bodied, sweet and sour, with a moderate acidity and an aroma of cooked fruit/must. Ideal for drizzling on finished meat, eggs, fish and vegetables. Perfect for decorating and enhancing desserts, fruit and ice cream.

Ingredients: Cooked grape must, Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP 38% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, cooked grape must, caramel color), wine vinegar, caramel color, modified cornstarch, thickener: xanthan gum. Contains: sulphites.
